Chambers

PARKSON Convection COMPACTA Ovens

General Information

• Electric convection oven entirely built in stainless steel with double glass door and two speeds in order to adapt to the different products baking needs.
• Digital control panel isolated in a box with tropicalized features with 10 baking programs with temperature, time, steam and turbine speed selection.
• Pre-heating process with audible and visible warning.
• Motors with high thermal, insulation to avoid overheating and enhance its longevity and high thermal insulation for reducing heat transmission towards the exterior and increase the energetic efficiency.
• Standard hood allows overlapping ovens, whose extra accessories are not needed.

General Information

• Suitable for large and medium Kebab bread production (also suitable to continuous bakery and pastry production) specially designed for short term baking and short baking cycles, with great maintenance of high temperatures and fast temperature rise even in higher temperatures with a very efficient and high performance steam system allowing quick temperature recovery which is required for short baking cycles.
